Drop-off times for processing are either 2 – 4 p.m. the day before scheduled processing or 9 a.m. the day of scheduled processing.

The 2025-26 deer season has come to a close, and we want to thank everyone who trusted 1839 Cherokee Meat Co. with processing their animal.

Processing available from October 1, 2025 to January 15, 2026, Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Specialty hours will be from 5 p.m. to two hours after last light. Dates and times are subject to change.
